Where do we post the poems?

Last year milo made a dated thread in Milo's Forum for each new prompt. I thought it worked well, easy to find the ones I missed.

I believe where milo lives it's still March 31. I guess when you wake up tomorrow there'll be a prompt. You know us Americans, a little behind.

I think you asked for that last year. Are all the good poems written by the time you wake up?  

I believe there's only one prompter — milo, and  we're lucky to have him do it any way he can. The threads don't close at midnight milotime, anyone can post whenever they're ready. On an international forum the days blend into each other anyway.

Halfway through already. I want to thank everyone participating for the great reads. Page after page has so many standouts I can't comment on just one or two.

For myself, I keep going through mine editing trying to whack the meter into shape and think of better words than I thought of that day. Oddly, it's an activity I enjoy.

So thanks everyone, I hope I make it through to the end this time, and I hope you do too.

ha, I don't think I've cracked a joke since April fool's day. Blame milo. or bena. Okay, I'll take my own rap, there's always tomorrow.

I am so impressed with the high level of work so far. (from everyone) In the area of 150 poems by a dozen or so contributors, by my count. I've learned a lot these past 2 weeks. Mostly about my bad habits. Invaluable! Thanks Milo, and everyone contributing.

It's probably a mistake to fuck any poet. She/he will be
so busy formulating the poem about it, they forget to participate
in the goings on. I've heard the phrase "Like fucking a stump."
(But never to my face.)

So while fucking morbid poets isn't necrophilia, it comes close.

And oh, yeah, back to the meta-topic: What a wonderful collection
of poems this time; we really are a superior group of poets. Maybe
we should breed and create a master poet race or, at least,
sea urchin sushi that isn't revolting.

I just hope I write 30 things, and if 3 of them become a poem I like, awesome. I'm afraid of what a master poet race would look like because it certainly wouldn't have my genetic material. Mercedes was a little too quick on today's prompt. I should have asked for a penis as well--who knew we were responsible for creating a master race--talk about performance anxiety.

I've actually not participated in quite a few...some just didn't inspire me, and I can't force myself to write mediocre poetry. I work really hard and long to write mediocre poetry, I can't be expected to do it in a day. I am going back and re-thinking on all the prompts each day, hoping the ones I've skipped will inspire something. For now..I'm pleased with the ones I've got. Much better than the non-production I was up to last month. Todd is crazy...his have been stellar. Merc is just a breed above us all. She would have to be the master race incubator. (my parts have been ripped out anyway)

Please - my head is swollen enough already - I'm doing two online poetry courses at the moment, Stanford and Iowa, and writing two poems a day for NaPoMo so don't be surprised by what comes out. I don't know how much of it is poetry but it's fun. And I love to read what everyone else is doing, I get ideas and sparks, even if I don't say so because I'm never sure if NaPoMo poems are to be commented on or just read.

Each and every mention of performance anxiety sets me back about two months.
I am now -9 years old.

Merc is just a breed above us all.

Yes, the finest breeding stock, top dollar, talents wasted on poetry;
but if breeding were rational, there's not that many that'd take the time.
