He had loads of chances but the notes against his name in the banning log just say "tedious".
And he was indeed. Unfortunately, his presence destroyed some of our previously quite interesting discussions, like this one.
I vaguely remember him (or her, he was schizophrenic after all); I can imagine how tedious for the mods he was, but in that thread he is so bat-shit mental i couldn't help but find it amusing(: maybe there should be a singular forum on here just for the banned members, like a pen within a pen.

It was funny for a little while, but became less so -- after a while it's just like poking a very sad penguin.

To be fair, he wasn't being malicious. It's mostly him trying to appear smart by stretching what little he knows to their breaking point. That and the egocentrism.
He is paranoid schizophrenic, which is (was, DSM V remove all subtypes of schizophrenia) characterised by hallucinations (usually auditory) and delusions of either grandeur or prosecution. While I can see how it can prevent him from reading properly, it still doesn't excuse the apparent lack of effort in trying.

that was just one thread and /not/ the one that got him banned. There were several of his threads that had to be moved to the Arse. he reported pretty much everyone as rude to him on a regular basis. He broke pretty much every rule we have.
oh - and he was tedious.

I have properly re-opened that discussion thread. Aside from our old friend the dullard, it was pretty interesting.

I still wonder why there are people claiming to be looking for critique when they cannot take criticism. There are easier ways to get an ego stroke.

Most likely because mummy has always told them how amazing they are, and anyone else who says differently is wrong.

They have meds for schizophrenia. Mental disease is no excuse, just look at me.
