Thanks Marianne. Love your little 'ku' a lot too! I bet that is a nice specimen. I gave my wife a moss agate carved into a skull. She has it in a miniature bamboo bonsai. It looks like an island temple of sorts. A striking way to display it.
I am a bit of a fossil and rock freak. My wife is from Canada and told me about the Burgess Shales in British Columbia. They are unique in that their conditions have preserved many soft-bodied species. Marella splendens is the most ubiquitous.
