Frozen in the rain

Frozen in the rain.
Finger to my lips,
I’m inside my brain.

As the water drips
Off my flesh of stone
An idea grips.

From my mind alone
Words forming like sleet
Each stanza a bone.

Skeleton and meat
Turned into refrain
A macabre feat.

My thoughts block the drain
Pale statue am I,
Frozen in the rain.
Beget, begone!
Begotten, I become.

Structure is very clear, Terza Rima without the closing couplet, lines equal by syllable rather than a meter per se. The tercet chain stanzas and the clean rhymes give the poem a steady, almost musical flow, while the very short lines give it a rapid-fire feel, whihc I am not sure supports the thesis of your poem. If you ever revise this, you might try varying the line lengths here or there to vary the mood. The rhymes sometime seem to lead the lines, for example "I’m inside my brain" and "words forming like sleet." I think letting meaning lead and slanting some of your rhymes will give you more space to manoeuvre

The statue and rain imagery is strong, but a little predictable. I think you come back to it too often, and I think the grotesque body horror stuff is more effective. If you want to keep developing this poem, you could play around with adding a couple of new images to give yourself more material to draw from

The theme of feeling stuck or frozen is clear and well-described, but does not progress, and the repeated ending line does not land differently than the first time. If you ever revise this, you might consider putting back the traditional closing couplet of the Terza Rima, to give yourself a target to aim at while developing a thru line

In all this was great, some really grotesque imagery and an interesting form that I think could work, but at the moment almost contradicts your poem. Terza Rima gives a sense of continuous forward motion, the short clipped lines are breathless and dynamic, the clean rhymes almost sing-song, but the poem itself is about paralysis and cold, and the lack of a closer means it just sort of... ends
