Possible Glitch - Please Read

Coming in late but thought I would share my experiences.  When I paste something from word, it starts out super small but I figured out how to remove formatting to solve that issue (one of my super powers is being very lucky in clicking random buttons to solve computer issues).  The other more common issue is that with some computers (or browsers) the site appears in raw formatting.  It happens less frequently lately.  I use mac with safari.  Not working on chrome.  Oh! now is does, cool.  The only other thing I have run across is that on my phone the multimedia posts would be blank.  Any surrounding text is visible but the actual youtube image, for example, is missing.  This has also recently improved as well.
