Yes, a "?" calls for a "W".  Quite symmetrical.
I just wanted to point out that "what" , being an interrogative, doesn't actually need a "?".

You're lucky that you have someone to blame.  Either I don't, or I have suppressed it.

Though, thinking a bit, maybe this individual is a fantasy you've constructed in an
attempt to rid yourself of the guilt associated with this endeavor. Again, just sayin'.
