The idea would be that you could pair up with another member from the site and write collaboratively - in the public eye so we could all learn from the process.

no but only because of time restraints. plus i'm not a collaborator. on the flip side, i'd love to see others take part in it so my no vote isn't really a no vote.

I voted yes but this is linked to my comment on the other poll.
I would like to have a more experianced poet keep an eye over the progression and be prepared to step in if things were getting confused or just plain wrong. (So just to be awkward I'm sat in the middle ground here) Also get what Billy is saying about time...to do this or the other project would pull any participants away from being as active in the main site perhaps, but think that as the membership continues to grow there will be enough members to share out the time / spaces to include more activities like this.
I have a couple of poems I like that I've started but can't finish (yet). I'd be willing to put one of these up and invite anyone to try and add their own finish to it. I'd try it out the other way around as well. For instance, I have this opening stanza I haven't been able to add anything I like to:
I used to be a cop; prowling the Mardi Gras tumbleweed of small town Louisiana, stopping every so often with my partner for a large regular, and a sprinkle donut. If anyone wants to try and add something on to it, feel free.
