Surely...
#1
Is anything exempt from dispute?
Is there, for every statement, an equal and opposite refute?
Surely certainty is the opiate of the blissfully blind.
Surely knots are tied only to soon unwind.
Surely every known thing has an ounce of the subjective.
Surely our very thoughts are controlled by the majority collective.
Diametric determinations of right and wrong. Option 1 or Option 2.
Follower or lunatic. In-group, out-group. Which 1 are you?

I like this line and can concur with it.

Overall, good first posted poem, but I am not sure of the message? Don't except absolutes? If so, this line
"Surely knots are tied only to soon unwind." does not work for me, the reader and enjoyer of your poem, as the purpose of a knot is to hold tight, not unwind.

Surely certainty is the opiate of the blissfully blind.
Surely knots are tied only to soon unwind.
Surely every known thing has an ounce of the subjective.
Surely our very thoughts are controlled by the majority collective.

These seem to be loose statements, I am not sure how they relate or create the message of the poem in the whole.

Thanks for sharing.
