wall mart and guns
#5
I'm American, and I am VERY pro gun. Our right to bear arms actually helps deter crime, though the liberal media refuses to report on it. Every year there are hundreds of crimes prevented by private citizens who are armed. A few years ago a school shooting was foiled by a principal who ran 1.5 miles to his car and back to get his hand gun (no guns on campus). But you will never see those stories. The main reason our Constitution allows gun ownership is to ensure our freedom from tyranny - from our federal government. People who keep and bear arms for personal safety and hunting are not the same whackjobs as violent criminals or disturbed youth.

I find it rather lame and quite insulting when people can't separate the chaff.

Walmart isn't a supermarket, they sell a little bit of everything. Walmart, Target, or any other retailer should be allowed to sell guns and ammunition, as well as compound bows and arrows - it is no different than selling butcher knives or hatchets. Those are weapons in the wrong hands, but they are designed to be tools.

I have 4 children, and the three older ones are all expert shots. The youngest is only 14 months, but he will be taught as well. They own their own rifles and compound bows. We hunt. And if need be, we'll protect ourselves.

NO. A free market is what has made America prosperous and putting limits on citizens is not a principle we were founded on.

And socialized Eurotrash is intellectually superior how exactly?

PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?
