It's a queer business, isn't it? I shall choose to think of it as having the mind of a chess-player, thinking ahead --- or at least, thinking sufficiently far ahead, not to be one of those people who wait, whingeing and moaning about the delay, for a quarter of an hour, only to realise ,when the bus has actually come, and their turn has arrived to board--- that they need to find money/a pass or what have you. If you see what I mean. Now there is a non-pretty word situation! Wink
