germany and the payment to criminals

Just my 2 cents here but it seems to me that no matter the excuse the law must not be broken to catch another law breaker. I don't care what the offence is or how much money is involved. When the law makers break the law they become organized criminals themselves and seems to me they set president for the rest of us to do so as well. You can not have your cake and eat it too.

police pay informers everyday. i don't agree wit it but it happens.

the courts broker deals and lighter sentences ever day in oder to get someone to turn over his fellow criminals.

paying for information isn't a crime.

the law isn't that the german gov paid it's that someone took information.
since no one has said what was stolen then there's no crime really.

if you wish to chrage someone you have to give details of what was stolen. the swiss banks would never do that. they can't just say "a $5 disc was stolen" so wheres the crime?
