i think the usa were wrong to stall on the moonbase project, hopefully the japanese or russians will do the deed and make a base there. i think it will have to be a case of them coming here as opposed to us going there.

As for us making contact? The universe has had a 10 billion year head start to brew up other life forms elsewhere before our star was ever born.
