Not really brain sex, but...
When I was seven, I thought I had a crush on this boy who was one of the smartest in class (he even skipped a grade). But then he started hanging out with the jocks in class and it disillusioned me so completely that I hated him after LOL

I know it's not the same thing since there's obviously no sexual component, but I get where you're coming from. A person who is not really good-looking can start becoming physically attractive just because of his/her mind (or your perception of his/her mind). That's why artists and such are able to bag lots of babes
that, in terms of looks, seem out of their league
