so does that mean he'll languish in out nick for two years ?
i can't see that, an appeal to his incarceration failed didn't it.
i reckon a few months at most.

i can't see him wanting to wait two years before getting in front of a judge.
if thats the case then i hope he goes through every court there is. as an alien and one who is prone to flight, no court in the west would grant him bail. or force a court to try him outside their jurisdiction. that will only happen should the uk and swedish courts agree to it. or whichever court sweden feels is capable (normally it would be court of residence (australia in this case) but i can't see it happening.

Hell be out on bail when he gives an address (tagged with a six figure assurity), the UK can only try murder cases from anywhere and stuff like war crimes, they let that Asian man accused of murder in Africa out the other day on £250K bail so the rape is a minor in comparison, I think he wants to be in jail cause he did not put up any sort of reasonable argument for bail except offering a PO box address........................
