Sure if you are a native to that land and you have a problem with the laws in your own land then by all means try to change them. Outsiders need to stay outside and mind their own business. Nothing worse than a nosey damned neighbor.

personally i think some laws in other countries are unjust. thankfully we have a law that says i can voice that opinion, i think everyone should be entitled the same privilege.
