I agree about legalizing it. You're never going to stop it so lets ensure as few people as possible get hurt doing it.
I also agree about de-stigmatizing it. A building labourer is "selling their body" just as surely as a prostitute. And sex is something most of us will engage in thousands of times so it's hardly a big deal.
