i've read the posts and theres way too much for me to resond too so i'll ramble.
first off twats like him would cry that his freedom of religion was being taken away if they burned the bile. it wouldn't be but he'd cry that it was. people who burn books are dangerous when it's done on a large scale in such a fashion. in the context of the thread and the pic of the fascist i took what vf to mean that way.
while the idiotic reporting of such an event may add power to the act. such acts should be reported. in my opinion the bad press the twats getting may make others thik twice and it also shows the world that he's more or less out there on his own. that said the news in theory report the news. in this instance it was the twat who made the news.
i too could understand an atheist doing something like this though i'd still be surprised.
all practising christians are taught to love they neighbour, there's no "should have been taught" about it. and every single leader in a christian church will preach that fact every sunday in church,
