I'm not understanding the remote control warfare angle. Are they saying that just because those planes are technically unmanned, then those missions are not obligated to abide by the statutes of warfare (and therefore the collateral damage doesn't officially "count")? 
PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?
