As I did some research on this after hearing this from moobs.
His attack is not directly attacking muckypig.com but rather the company DreamHost. The method of attack he choose is highly stupid since all it does is piss off system administrators and if they find out that the attack is in directly related to Billy's account, his service with the company can be suspended (Terminated).
You have to convince Warlord (Openeye) to stop the attack, the domain companies will have nothing to do with it since it is in ownership of (Warlord) openeye. All complaints will have to be transferred back to him. The one way to stop this would be to send takedown notices and DCMA. You can also start proceedings for court which can scare him to stop or go all the way.
But since the attack is not directed at you, you don't have to worry about the last paragraph.
