If a muslim woman is really devote then she should wear a bhurka, as it is said in the Qu'uran by orders of their god , Allah. If they decide to be devote then we should not deprive them of their right to wear according to their beliefs.
What is concerning however is the possibility of women being forced to be Muslim (by men) and to wear this dressing against their will.
