What those boys did... I couldn't even finish reading. It crosses the line from wrong to completely inhuman. Evil plain and simple.
They shouldn't have been released after eight years. Were there any assurances at all that these boys were rehabilitated at the time of their release, or was it simply a matter of "hey, they were minors at the time so whatever"?
