Intriguing. I can see the practicality of giving homeland security some kind of limited jurisdiction over the kinds of security measures internet powerhouses like Yahoo or Google employ.

I think it could happen, but it'll be one of those things that'll most likely never be used, like a presidential command to launch a nuclear bomb.
PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?
