What makes a found poem?

It absolutely cannot be plagiarism as it is missing the key component that would make it such. As to whether it is a found poem - I actually prefer the term ready-made in the spirit of Duchamp - but anyway - I would not call it that either, it is more like an edit. I have a few ready mades in this site as well as a few discussions of them.
