I've never had any use for pet peeves or opinions other than as ways to generate means, meanses?, to have anything to say at all.
I used to not like commercials or transgender people or tuna. But there was no reason for that other than to have something I didn't like to take comfort in.
A more crucial problem is which to use and which to not. I don't dislike gay people, I just don't flirt with them unless they are women or look enough like women to make no real difference to my arousal level.
That's the same way about poems; but that when reading and writing, there's sometimes an element of discretion for the sake of novelty.
That's the same reason why I'm not a murderous maniac: Novelty.
