The capitalization can be turned off in device settings but I sometimes type one handed only because I have a cat on my lap and the shift is quite a stretch so it might be best for you to leave it as is.

'finding my way back on track' is a good line but you'll need to rhyme with day or change both lines.
You might be interested in taking a look at the Poetry Practice Exercises. Each thread is a different form with interesting rhyme schemes and refrains. They're not polished poems, just practice and plenty of chitchat about meter, rhyme and refrains. Some time when you're in the mood for a puzzle try one. If you read through the threads one will probably pull you in.
