II managed a go around, I know those buttons are there but how do you use your own photo? I found a 10 year old tinypic app on my but that didn't work, guess I should delete that.

I know I can google and figure it out but I figured I'd just click around ray, obviously I'm not in a rush. Really glad I did.

This is actually an excellent question and part of it has to do with a myBB option as well as the reality of where this site is stored.  You cannot upload your photos to PigPen directly as there would be no room to store all of Ray's pictures.  You need to use a photo hosting service (I use flickr, it's free) and then link to it.  You can also link to any photo on the internet by copying its address and putting it between the tags but if it moves (which happens to Ray a lot) you just get broken tags which make the whole site seem . . . well, unsightly.
