Short Stories

I'm not sure how far-fetched of an idea this is, considering that this site is built on poetry and the typical goal for any member on here is to become a better poet, but I wonder what would be the argument against basic, mild-moderate, and intensive critique forums that are uniquely for short stories? 

Of course, the mods would probably have double the work, having to monitor multiple forums, and I understand this case against forums for short stories. I just think it would be cool and I wonder what you guys have to say about it.

Not far fetched at all, we had this discussion, decided short stories were fine, added a prefix in Miscellaneous, we all went crazy and wrote short stories for like 2 months and then we all forgot.

The feedback was actually pretty solid - members really dove in on it.

Short answer - yes - short stories welcome here.

So Milo raked up a thread from 2019 and referenced from 2013. This is the pigpen equivalent of the old tech head who knows how the cobol codebase works.
