Well, there is a feedback requirement - 2 considered and detailed feedbacks for every poem posted. And the feedbacks have to be linked in the poem posted!!!

They get around 20 new poems a day from what I could gather. This makes me think there is plenty demand for what we offer here.

How do we go about poaching their users?

I see they can tag them Just sharing or Feedback please. Is your 20 poems requesting feedback?

not exactly sure, I will do some more research.  Also, you can pop in to just give some affirmation or a comment or 2 on a poem but taht cannot be considered your feedback for the purposes of posting your own

I might post some examples of substantive feedback here for discussion and educational purposes only. I would say they definitely have a different flavor than what we offer here. Suitable for basic I guess
