Do you need to give feedback in one of the critique forums before posting a poem or do you have to post once in each level? I dont feel qualified to give an in depth critique

Before you post your own in a critique forum, post a critique of someone else's within that forum.  

A good guideline for intensive is to comment on each line, then a paragraph of the whole.  Although intensive can mean different things to different people, a good guide is to give what youd expect sort of.  For basic, pick something you like, something you don't like, a reason why for both and maybe a suggestion on how to improve it.  

Worst case the mods leave red letters or pause your posts, maybe it could be worse
