Idle questions about the writing life

How often do you write? Daily, weekly, or monthly - it depends.
When do you write (any old time or a special time)? Morning or afternoon, seldom evening or at night.
Do you start with some words or an idea? Idea, usually, but sometimes an opening line or two.
Do you have a ritual before writing? No.
Where do you write and what do you write on? At home, ideas on scraps of paper, to completion on PC (WordPerfect™)
How much time do you spend on a poem? 5-30mins initially, hours in revision if it seems worth it.
And anything else? I'll sometimes have 3 ideas in a morning ride, then nothing for weeks.  The trick is remembering the ideas.
Is it annoying to be asked these questions? No.
