I dig the sounds/images of this, how elemental it is... I don't really understand it or come to much meaning, I did try to read it carefully but it ends up feeling like a riddle. I do feel some of the images. The tone is like heavy metal album cover. I really do like the last line, and the title. The coming of the day as the wildness of some animal? Real originall/evokative. Wind, fire, void... the lion! Makes think of a pre-rational mind and a time where the elements were a little harder to ignore. I'm totally lost on the nameless, haha. Thanks for sharing! 

Sunrise waits for the nameless
their fire subsides to trembling embers
breathing softly in a fatal breeze.

The nameless have everything to say
as though speech were salvation
and heaven a fire of imprecations

against silence, twice told, implacable.
They bark into the north wind,
hewn voices of alarm cut lengthwise

to build a wall against the unnameable.
Maledictions fill the void of their sainthood
with the carelessness of wanton touch.

Inside their invisible identities
they swarm with meanings that scar
their faces to repel each definition

and lay down with the lion of morning.
