The people want their pot, and the state government desperately needs to find additional sources of revenue.
if it does get in it will definitely become a cash crop where people are making ten or so bucks a sold ounce and paying the 50 to tax. 60 an ounce, imagine it. they also have to allow home grown sit as well. i presume. i think if they don't get it this time round they will next time round.
arnie may even make them resit for an extra special session.
