and we will move poetry around if doing so is warranted.  we'll still expect them to to give feedback first though.

So, in essence, the board is no longer effectively requiring that a newbie already has something "in the can" to post, or something on the ball to crit, when registering.  (Or be sufficiently fired up to create something of either crit or poetry within 24 hours.)

Wasn't aware of that requirement, but it makes (made) sense as an anti-bot measure.  If that's no longer a problem, including DOS attacks, then no reason to enforce it.
