uhm, well all the differences you listed are self evident if you compare the definitions. To me it seems more logical to discuss differences in similar things, or the similarities in different things.
poetry vs magic is interesting though, because they seem to be complimentary in pieces that really speak to you, I suppose you would call that "the magic of poetry".
some pieces capture a quality of life that wouldn't otherwise be known to the reader unless the poet wrote it into existence. That is when the magic of life becomes apparent; recognizing something that seems removed from everyday life.
