Poems that can't be made better by using more than three words

[Weeded]

I have had an idea for a poem now for 3-4 days,
but it's 
only 
three 
words. 
I can't come up with a combination better than the 
original three. 
This is very disturbing to me, 
as I can't get those three words out of my head. 
They stare at me, 
and then I stare at them. 
It's scary, 
They won't let me 
sleep. 
I nearly 
overdosed on NyQuil trying to silence 
their sound. I need help but I'm worried If I step outside the three 
words screaming 
will slip away 
to string; a choking noose around around my neck.
They told me I can confess, 
but 
nothing 
more.
