On the first stanza, earth's blood refers to menstruation blood! The poem is based on watching someone grow up and then falling in love with them as they become an adult.
Try to decipher is a good replacement, I will keep it mind for an edit!
"feelings change" is referring to how previously platonic love changes to romantic love, I think this is backed up further in the poem.
Fluidity of feelings, fluidity of romantic/sexual moments, how they smoothly flow from platonic to sexual.
I want to rephrase "each path we become/the birth of your voice" but I haven't figured out how yet. What I'm trying to say is we have many directions our love could go in, and each direction is possible inside of us, and how communication ties in with the direction the relationship is taking.
Haha I guess people will just have to trust that it's not an incest poem, because the poem is about two female lovers who previously considered themselves sisters! Good feedback, thankyou
