 For me, writing a good sonnet is like learning to play the piano. There's always that decision:
Do you want to write your fucking love poem now, or do you want to take five years to learn to
write it as a sonnet? I keep putting it off.

Besides, I have these to listen to.

Relate to the sonnet dilemma Ray, 7 yrs ago set out to write a crown of sonnets as part of a project, thinking I would get the hang of this poetry lark as I went along ...foolish girl!   Still can't write a sonnet worth reading, but have read lots of great sonnets by other people.
