If the broadband is better, get the broadband. Most anything on TV that is actually worth watching ends up on torrent anyhow...
Plus some of those "100 free channels" are like advertising channels or channels that don't work at night. So my advice is go with the broadband deal that is better - in this case "NTL". Whatever that is.
