My friend remark with no harsh criticism,
instead practice dysphemism,
and let the words you speak be soft and clear,
as chance is certain they will reach his ear.

Hi, dale, first it's so interesting that euphemism is so widely known but I've never heard the word dysphemism.

The poem: My friend remarks? remarked?
It seems to me to read that practicing dysphemism makes words soft and clear. Am I reading wrong?

Though some will cloak critique in sugar
My friend Shem loves the schism
dug by his sharpest words, the bugger
details reviews with dysphemism.
