I've watched a few rap battles before. From what I can gather, it's all about insulting the other person. The good ones can do it in a classy way, but most just fall back on profanities for rhythm, stereotypes, and elementary school insults. It's really entertaining actually, I mean, it's insults as a sport! What's not to like? However from what I know the whole battle rap thing is verbal in nature. So yeah, the OP would have to give concrete examples for us to know what he has in mind.
