everyone but the extremely rich should be put in prison labor camps to labor for the benifit of the rich, who are obviously the better suited to govern and make decisions, how else would they have all the money?they would be too fatt and happy to bother with infighting so violence would decline. Of course they may occasionally commit genocide or wipe out entire nations or even generations for a piece of prime real estate, but that's nothing compared to poor getting high or putting their grimey fingers in the peanut bowl.
or suppose we only have to lock up a few of the proles so that they can see how much worse off they could be; it doesn't matter which ones (except of course the ones who dare to hunt on the kings land), hell, let the proles decide! so long as they mind their own little hell they are no matter.
We'll toughen them up real good then unleash them again like a pack of unfed, angry dogs! Yeah then the rest will be so bloodthirsty for revenge they won't pay attention to anything else that's going on!
