Guess it must be just me who doesn't equate being drunk or high with being inspired. Everything I've ever conceived -- including my children -- has been done in a stone cold sober state. Maybe that's why I'm not famous.
Is the last line a rhetorical disconnect? I note that you tried to avoid this observation by omitting any punctuation after "boil".Hysterical
