You sure you don't mean acorn's ahead?
As in: acorn are ahead. I just spent the weekend with a white rapper extraordinaire. And acorns is ahead is the new black, twenty years agowa!.

I was going for something analogous to a road sign like 'traffic ahead' or 'stop sign ahead, etc.
