If you can't master the technicalities, a low-tech way of doing it would be to simply have participants send their submissions to a mod or administrator, for posting. If that means there would be a waiting list, then so be it. But in that case I don't think 100 posts would be enough. The more seasoned sticker-arounders would be least likely to spam the admins with endless submissions. Also, there should be maybe a one-per-month limitation. if the mods know, it gives the mods an unfair knowledge. while we will know whose anon we won't know which anon posted.
my idea is to just send those who want it, the password for a member called anon or some other way not yet devised
