This is fantastic. It's lecturing tone actually me of Charles Bukowski
"Those that you have known are gone,
and all that they said was wrong.
Simply stand in the direction
of any and all future
ways."
This stanza is so strong that it should actually be the closing line. It's not that what follows is bad, only that it's less.
Either way, thank you for sharing such a great poem; I won't heed its moral because I'm quite comfy, but maybe tomorrow
