i haven't a lot of time but i'm sure something could be done such threads kept clear of feedback till asked for etc.
the 2nd is a little harder or easier depending on your points of view. i know i had a mentor (who'd a thunk it
i know) and it was basically done via pm. i'm sure if someone wanted to do such a think it could be done live, so to speak.
i have to go now but i'll have a think about them both.
we do have a napm forum not doing so much, it wouldn't be hard to change it's title and rules etc.
