we're now open in your town
Come wander up and down the aisles
Look on the shelves, Dig through the piles
We know your tastes. We stock your styles
We'll never let you down, good folks
No. Never let you down.

Could that be doubt there - in your eyes?
Your thought are like a shout.
"I don't care if this stuff is free,
a Walmart's not the place for me"
Well of course, you have your dignity
- And how's that workin' out for you, dears
hows that workin' out.

Are you one of those um . ."special" ones
who go to other stores?
In pricey cars and fancy clothes
and always looking down your nose
as if this is the life we chose
We know you wanted more, poor babes
You wanted so much more.

So shop and shop until you drop
Think how much you will save
Of WalMart, I the Greeter, preach
This Fifty-Thousand square foot leech
the things you need are out of reach
But we'll give you what you crave, my lambs
all the worthless crap you crave.

Yes welcome, WalMart shoppers
For we are but the sum
of what's left when all your dreams fall through
of WalMart shopping , this is true
It isn't something that you do
It's something you become, my pets
it's what you have become.
Great fun! This rolls along nicely, perhaps a tad helter-skelter due to the missing punctuation, but who cares when you're having fun.
Just needs a picking over to clean small issues up and you could post this on Walmart's web site for a larf'.
Good job in it's genre, and even well done out of it. I even like the subliminal repeats in the last lines. Supermarket psychology!
Best,
