actually schooling as such is not free here benny.
they have barrio schools of course but education is paid for with hard work. people (many people) here go hungry (real not eat for two or three days hungery) in order to give their kids a chance to play truant.
if canada is a third world country then yes, the education systems the same. i've been all over the world benny and what i see here does not happen the world over. it only happens where real poverty exists on a countrywide scale. here poor people don't get food stamps. here is where you new world order forgot to visit when it comes to truancy and education. here is the pimple on the arsehole of world educationally speaking.
sometimes speculation is easier than knowledge. not everywhere is the same. and simply visiting somewhere never shows the reality of it.
canada, the usa nor the uk is anything like this little place i live in.
some parents here would literally die in order to give their kid an education. and when i say die, i mean die. my maid sends almost everything she earns to send her kids to school. the kids are 17 and going through a provincial college so he can do computer repairs. and the younger one is about 11. she see them once a year for a two or three weeks. the kids live on their own and have been doing so for the last 3 or 4 years. because they lost what ever they owned ina a mud slide which wipe the whole town out. this isn't a one off story for many it's the norm so don't compare the like of canada with here . here the indigenous people don't get tax breaks and cheap reservation smokes. they would love to be tagged though.
the west control it's peoples with the help of guns. the police have them the national guard have them all the security agencies have them.
and they use them. they use side arms, automatic weapons and tazers.
the reason i bring this up because in fact you are also selective with things. i don't hear asking for the banning of firearms? why not?
pc's are used in the monitoring of our everyday lives. i don't hear you asking for tem to be banned. again with the mobile phone that can be tracked down, no matter where it is. most technology is the same yet you don't want these things banned? no you want a tag banned that lets a parent know when it leaves school property.
in truth without the pc and telecommunication equipment none of this shit would be possible so why not go straight to the source and close these things down. that way students couldn't be tagged
