Blinded

This is far too generalized for me. You could be talking about anything.

I have to respectfully state that I don't understand where you are coming. I feel it poses the question that forces that are obvious are what we neglect to see because they go over our heads. We are blinded by them because we simply don't acknowledge them. There is also room for interpretation with this piece so their isn't a single meaning or message behind. That was the idea of the poem. Not to label one exact thing. I wanted it so anyone who read could define in their own way. I didn't want to be specific.

Yah, I took it literally and thought I was being eaten alive by dust mites or something. It was a scary thought. I just finished a four hour shower and now I read you were just speaking abstractly.

Yah, nothing is consuming me, enjoy being eaten by phantoms, good luck and all.
