What’s wrong with poetry?

what goe's on in someone's mind is subjective but people with the power to publish or back a new poet must go with there instincts sometimes without following a set formula of profittability at times.

Well, there's no profitability in poetry really. Most people publish because they love poetry. Again their instincts have to be based on something. What makes a poem out of the box? Is it because the poet says it is?
